The Nelstad (or Nelstadt) Ready-Mix Concrete Plant, located at 40 Huntington Place, New Rochelle, NY, has been abandoned since early 2011, after declaring bankruptcy. The main concrete manufacturing facility was auctioned off and removed from the property.
