This house, is located in West Nyack, NY.  The book “Hudson Valley Ruins” by Thomas E. Rinaldi and Robert J. Yasinsac states that the house was built circa 1730 by Jacob van der Bilt and that it is a typical Dutch construction in the Rockland County area.
