80 Windsor Highway, New Windsor, NY

The house was constructed in the mid-nineteenth century and the barn was over 50 years old.  These buildings were part of a farm that previously operated at the property at least until the 1950s. The house had been unoccupied for approximately 20 years.  In 2010 the barn was being utilized by the owners of the property, the Masonic Fellowship of Newburgh.

Some time after 2010, the structures were razed.  The property is now the Mason’s Ridge Apartments.

Abandoned Residences, Musillo Lane, Saugerties, NY

These residences/cottages were constructed in the 1940s and 1950s.  The property was originally owned by the Musillo family, which is the name of the road now.  A few more buildings were originally on this property (as evidenced by the old sketch of the property).  These properties were photographed in 2010; by 2012, they were completely demolished.

11 Collegeview Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY

This structure was originally residential and then converted to have a commercial bottom floor.  The filed map at the Dutchess County Clerk is dated July 26, 1900 that shows the area along Collegeview Avenue subdivided, so that is likely the approximate time that the building was constructed.  The building was demolished in November 2013.
